Job Description

  • - Managed comprehensive export documentation, including the preparation of Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and necessary transportation documents.
  • - Coordinated and executed the issuance of essential certificates, such as Phytosanitary Certificates and Certificates of Origin.
  • - Reviewed and verified the accuracy of Bills of Lading, coordinating with shipping lines to amend information as necessary.
  • - Submitted Shipping Instructions (SI) and verified Gross Mass (VGM) data through the shipping line's online system.
  • - Handled vessel bookings, verified and confirmed shipping schedules, and coordinated transportation information with shipping lines.
  • - Prepared documentation for customs submission and tax forms via the ECS system in compliance with regulations.
  • - Acted as a communication liaison between customers, government agencies, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth export operations.
