Job Description

  • -Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, offer assistance, provide product information, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • -Sales & Transactions: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately at the cash register (POS), and promote loyalty programs, sales, and add-ons.
  • -Merchandising: Restock shelves, arrange displays, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure products are presented attractively.
  • -Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock.
  • -Teamwork & Goals: Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and store objectives.
