Job Description

  • Prepared coffee samples and simulated the in vitro digestion process to analyze the total phenolic content (TPC), tested antioxidant activity using the DPPH radical scavenging assay and FRAP assay, prepared standard solutions and chemicals, and calculated experimental results based on absorbance values. Recorded, analyzed, and systematically summarized statistical data.
