Job Description

  • - Oversee building management by ensuring all electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, fire protection, and wastewater treatment systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with safety standards.
  • - Conduct maintenance work in line with contract agreements, ensuring timely repairs and updates to machinery and equipment records for accurate tracking.
  • - Supervise the job site, monitor contractor performance, and ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
