Job Description

Verify document dates, document numbers, approvers, and signatures.
Compare the General Ledger with documents or compare this year's financial statements with the previous year to identify reasons for significant changes in figures.
Assist in verifying fundamental relationships, such as revenue–sales tax, expenses–documents–purchase tax.
Organize documents by work categories, such as cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, revenue, expenses, and fixed assets.
Check the accuracy of data regarding loans and cooperative receivables, including credit limits, interest rates, payment terms, and outstanding balances.
