Job Description

  • Analysis of raw materials and milk powder - Physical and sensory analysis tests, identification - Assay, protein, ash, iodine, moisture, fat, fatty acids - GOS, PDX, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Taurine - Instruments - GC, HPLC, UHPLC, autotitrator, furnace, vacuum oven, hot air oven - Analytical routine qualitative and quantitative under ISO/IEC 17205: 2017, GMP, GHP, HACCP - Analytical studies and stability assessments in RTD and milk powder throughout shelf life - Preparation and review of documentation regarding measurement uncertainty as assigned - Perform method validation as assigned - Maintenance and equipment calibration as planned - Record and prepare control charts for assigned testing tasks - Assigned as an ISO/IEC 17205: 2017 internal auditor.
