  • - Prepare breads and various pastries for the breakfast buffet, focusing on quality and excellent taste to create a satisfying experience for customers.
  • - Plan and prepare the necessary ingredients for baking to ensure readiness and sufficiency for service during designated times.
  • - Review and refine pastry recipes to meet customer preferences, including conducting trials to develop appealing flavors and presentations.
  • - Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace, including organizing the storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • - Collaborate with the team to prepare and serve pastries at the breakfast buffet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
