Job Description

  • 1. Responsible for managing the store to ensure smooth operations, including appropriate product placement, checking the readiness of the sales area, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the store, and upholding customer service standards in accordance with company policies.
  • 2. Assist and coordinate with the store manager in team management, such as scheduling employee shifts, training and supervising new staff, as well as resolving employee-related issues within the store.
  • 3. Oversee inventory and stock management in the store, including monitoring stock levels, ordering additional products as necessary, and minimizing issues related to stock shortages or excesses.

Job Description
