• Calculate STD Cost in the SAP system, determine pricing for new products to establish selling prices (verify BOM and Routing from the production and R&D departments) for the production of new products - Capable of calculating costs for new products, reprocessed products, and various semi-finished goods - Verify the yield of products for each SKU in the SAP system - Verify the OEE of products for each SKU in the SAP system - Check the closure of TECO Orders for each month as reported by the production department, verify the GI and GR of each order, and assess the conformity of each order's timing against the STD - Experienced in utilizing the SAP system for implementation - Calculate and prepare cost reports for work-in-progress at the end of the period - Calculate costs for new products along with selling prices to facilitate prompt decision-making for customers - Conduct monthly inventory counts of work-in-progress at the end of each month - Conduct monthly inventory counts of finished goods for use in closing monthly financial statements - Review production documents for products and verify raw material requisition forms - Analyze monthly SKU performance to assess profitability or loss from raw materials, flavoring agents, and packaging to compare on a monthly basis - Monitor price movements of raw materials, flavoring agents, packaging, and others - Calculate and prepare reports on the costs of finished goods.
