Job Description

  • 1. Execute the procurement and contracting of construction materials / office supplies and services according to the work plan.
  • 2. Prepare PR, PO documents, and price comparisons.
  • 3. Negotiate prices and commercial terms.
  • 4. Control the budget, monitor delivery, and verify work to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • 5. Meet with project teams to define and select appropriate material specifications.
  • 6. Coordinate and prepare documentation for audits by internal and external audit agencies.
