Job Description

  • I have gained comprehensive working experience in Customer Service, Warehouse Management, and Frontline Operations, allowing me to understand business processes from multiple perspectives. I am capable of acting as a coordinator between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem resolution. This experience has strengthened my ability to identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and provide effective solutions quickly and accurately.
  • In Customer Service, I developed strong communication skills in both direct and indirect customer interactions. I was responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support while maintaining customer satisfaction as the top priority. I learned how to analyze problems carefully, propose appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure successful resolution. I am also able to maintain positive long-term customer relationships and work effectively under pressure.
  • In Warehouse Operations, I gained knowledge and practical experience in inventory and warehouse management processes, including inbound receiving, storage organization, picking, packing, and outbound delivery preparation. I was responsible for checking product accuracy, verifying shipment details, and ensuring proper documentation before dispatch. I also supported inventory control and warehouse organization to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure smooth workflow operations.
  • For Frontline Operations, I provided direct customer service with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills. I was responsible for recording delivery schedules, entering shipment information into the system, and coordinating with related departments throughout the work process. I also contacted customers directly to provide delivery details and product assembly service information. This role improved my problem-solving ability, adaptability, and confidence in handling unexpected situations effectively.
  • Overall, this internship experience helped me develop strong responsibility, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and fast learning ability. I am confident in my ability to contribute to organizational goals and continuously improve my professional skills in logistics, supply chain, and operations management.
