Job Description

Developed a Smart Meter & Waste Management Billing System, covering the full process from user registration, water usage recording, invoice generation, payment processing, and receipt issuance. Implemented cronjobs to automatically fetch payment transactions from the bank for receipt generation and to issue waste billing invoices on scheduled periods.
Developed an Online Petition System enabling users to submit requests (e. g. , service cancellation), handling the entire workflow from form submission, approval, payment, receipt issuance, and instantly triggering updates back to the Smart Meter system. Both systems were developed across 3 platforms: Back Office, LINE Official Account, and Handheld (Mobile Application).
Successfully deployed and maintained solutions currently in active use across 6 municipalities, ensuring reliable service for both government officials and the general public.

Developed a Roadside Assistance Platform (Sumo) on mobile, providing services including tow truck, fuel delivery, battery charging, and car repair. Users can pin their location on a map to request services, with costs calculated based on actual distance and service type. Integrated with Omise Payment Gateway, with revenue generated from driver GP fees and in-platform advertising. Implemented a Real-time Job Matching System that instantly dispatches job requests to the nearest qualified driver within the service radius. The workflow covers GPS navigation from pickup to destination, payment processing, and automatic earnings transfer to the driver's in-app wallet upon job completion. Delivered across 3 platforms: Driver Application, User Application, and Back Office.

Job Description

Developed a new version of the Ministry of Labour's Job Recruitment System by fully migrating the codebase from JavaScript to TypeScript. Developed an Electronic Document Management System for the Ministry of Labour, covering the full document lifecycle: document creation, storage, digital signing, and approval workflow. Implemented a Cronjob for Big Data Backup to ensure reliable and scheduled data backup for the Ministry of Labour's database. Performed bug fixes across 19 systems, handling case-by-case issues submitted through a ticketing system by end users.
