Job Description

  • 1. Instruction & Curriculum
  • • Teaching: Planning and delivering English lessons (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) based on the OBEC core curriculum.
  • • Assessment: Creating exams and preparing students for national tests like O-NET.
  • 2. Student Care (Homeroom)
  • • Advising: Monitoring student behavior, attendance, and well-being.
  • • Home Visits: Conducting "SDQ" reports to assess students' home environments.

  • • P-Card Management: Maintaining and updating the "Kor.Por. 7" (Official Personnel Record) both in physical files and the electronic system (DPIS).
  • • Salary Adjustments: Processing annual or semi-annual salary increments and rank promotions.
  • 2. Recruitment & Appointment
  • • Examination Process: Handling public job announcements, screening applications, and organizing civil service entrance exams.
  • • Onboarding & Transfers: Drafting official orders for new appointments, internal transfers, or secondments between departments.
  • 3. Benefits & Welfare Administration
  • • Civil Service Rights: Managing claims for medical expenses, children’s tuition fees, and housing allowances.
  • • Leave Tracking: Monitoring various types of leave (Sick, Personal, Annual, or Maternity) according to strict government quotas.
  • • Pension: Processing retirement paperwork and gratuity payments.
  • 4. Discipline & Human Resource Development (HRD)
  • • Disciplinary Actions: Following legal procedures regarding employee complaints or misconduct investigations.
  • • Training Programs: Organizing seminars and workshops to enhance the skills and competencies of officials.
