Job Description

  • 1. Developed a document management system for accounting records categorized by type to enhance the efficiency of audits and information retrieval.
  • 2. Recorded daily journals for Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Payment Certificates (PC), Purchase Vouchers (PV), and Receipt Vouchers (RV) in accordance with the received tax invoices.
  • 3. Prepared reports for input tax and output tax, along with recording entries for Value Added Tax (VAT) reconciliation, including processing employee payroll.
  • 4. Verified the accuracy of documents in accordance with Section 50 bis and Form Por. 30.
