Job Description

  • - Request documets from customer and submit documets to carrier on time.
  • - Answered phones, follow up on all customer service issues.
  • - Worked closely with clients to ensure documents comply with company and carrier requirements.
  • - Reviewed customer documentation against the vessel load list for overall accuracy and to ensured the shipper's containers were loaded onto the vessel as scheduled.
  • - Responsible for following up export documentation requirements from customer for shipments originating to destinations globally, which include commercial invoices, etc.
  • - Check the invoice for carrier services and shipping line fees.
  • - Ensured accuracy of export documentation, verifying completeness and obtaining missing information as needed.
  • - Released bill of lading to the Shipper via the internet. email, or Original Bill in a timely manner.
  • - Coordinate exports to countries in Asia, Europe and America
  • - Notified foreign offices of Bills of Lading that require a destination release Submit prepared bill of lading and file export declaration to overseas agent.
  • - Performed general administrative tasks including filing, updating data logs, and invoicing.
