Job Description

  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Assist in the daily mise en place (preparation) for various sections. Cook and assemble dishes according to standardized recipes. - Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is consistent in taste, temperature, and presentation. - Strictly adhere to HACCP and Dubai Municipality food safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times. - Maintain speed of service to accommodate the 'airport rush,' ensuring travelers receive high-quality meals within tight timeframes.
