Job Description

  • - Coordinate and manage sea freight shipments, Key Account, Auto Part Account, Project Account, Cross trade shipment, Cross border shipment.
  • - Handle door to door process, from arranging the booking until delivery the cargo to clients (included :- finding sailing schedule, monitor pick up status, check the accuracy of document HBL,MBL, CIV, PKL, FORM, follow arrival date and prepare freight charge to carrier, prepare the document to exchange DO, co-ordinate with customs team for customs clearance process, monitor transportation to ensure the cargo will delivery to clients on time)
  • - Issue the billing both domestic client & oversea.
  • - comparing cost and revenue to maximize GP.- Arrange for insurance coverage for cargo gather customer claim documents and facts if claim is
  • involved.
  • - Preparing reports and having conferences with clients twice a week to update shipment status and
  • to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market situations.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and finance and related parties to ensure seamless
  • service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and
  • offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • - Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate with customers about any delays, issues,
  • or changes in schedules.
  • - Maintain a high degree of professional and ethical relationships with clients.
  • - KPI Team Controller, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance
  • indicators to ensure the team or business meets its strategic objectives.
  • - Follow policies, procedures, standards, and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
