Job Description

  • Oversee and monitor operations related to BMW/MINI, the Voice of the Customer (VOC) satisfaction monitoring system, and the Dealer Portal complaint management system (SEM) within the Customer Relations Department. - Coordinate and facilitate VOC Customer Board meetings; prepare data for VOC Headquarters meetings, including the preparation of minutes and strategic action plans. - Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other relevant departments to resolve high-severity customer complaints and escalations. - Develop and implement management strategies and operational frameworks for all customer relations activities. - Strategize and manage the company s customer database to ensure data integrity and effective utilization. - Establish, maintain, and enhance overall customer satisfaction levels, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. - Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries and delivering accurate service center information.
