Job Description

  • Conduct daily alcohol screening for all personnel prior to work commencement to ensure fitness
  • for duty.
  • Lead daily Toolbox Talk meetings to reinforce safety awareness and hazard communication.
  • Perform random drug testing in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor, track, and close audit findings within the required timeframe.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of the SSHECN system.
  • Track and analyze Safety Observation (SOC) reports to identify safety trends.
  • Review and follow up on Daily Checklist Reports to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor ongoing maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Perform additional safety-related duties as assigned.
  • Conduct SSHE site inspections to proactively identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Participate in weekly coordination meetings with stakeholders.
  • Carry out weekly Hazard Hunts to eliminate potential risks.
  • Participate in Safety Stand Down sessions to review incidents and near misses.
  • Conduct Safety Stand Up briefings to promote proactive safety behavior.
  • Prepare and maintain the Lifting Logbook.
  • Review and verify Permit to Work (PTW) documentation before task execution.
  • Support and coordinate internal and client SSHE audits.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly SSHE reports, including safety performance data,
  • improvement plans, training matrices, screening summaries, waste inventory, and safety
  • statistics.
  • Promote and communicate monthly safety campaigns.
  • Attend monthly coordination meetings.
  • Lead or participate in SSHE Talk meetings.
  • Conduct Rig Move inspections and emergency drill exercises.
  • Facilitate workshops on Learning from Normal Work and Walk-Through Talk-Through (WTTT)
  • with employees to gather feedback and improve safety practices.
  • Organize and conduct monthly emergency response drills.
  • Review and update Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Lifting Plans.
  • Participate in annual safety campaigns and events.
  • Prepare mandatory occupational health and safety reports.
  • Ensure compliance of documentation with labor laws, environmental standards, and safety
  • regulations.

Job Description

  • Effectively assist the HSE Manager in the planning, implementation and achievement of all
  • Company objectives and targets at the work sites.
  • Conduct daily toolbox/ safety meeting at the work site, including cascading of any safety alerts
  • or information.
  • Conduct Site & Route survey, including conducting alcohol test and pre-job safety meeting prior
  • to any Rig move.
  • Check and ensure that the correct Permit to Work (PTW) is in place prior to start of job.
  • Report and record all incidents and initiate initial investigation.
  • Ensure all Task Hazard Analysis/ Control measures are adequately explained and understood by
  • all crew prior to commencing any critical operation.
  • Records HSE statistics of all HWO Rigs as per established reporting parameters.
  • Conduct monthly inventory and safety check of all Fire Safety equipment assigned to the Rigs.
  • Conduct regular hazard hunt /safety inspection on all HWO rigs.
  • Conduct Drills/Exercise on a regular basis (at least 1 drill/ job) or as required by clients.
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with the use of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • at the job site.
  • Conduct regular Health and Hygiene inspection at all HWO rigs.
  • Report and records all HSE operation daily activities and send to Residence HSE Manager,
  • highlighting any key concern as appropriate.
  • Attend all safety meetings as per client request.
  • Summarize and reports all activities monthly and send to HSE Manager.
  • Follow up on PDQ feedback reports which require HSE inputs or follow up action.
  • Stop any work activities that may pose an immediate threat to the safety & health of employees
  • or that of others or adverse impact to the environment.
  • Any other task assigned by the HSE Manager and/or HSE & Quality Manager from time to time.
