Job Description

  • Site Coordination & Management
  • - Central Liaison: Acted as the primary point of contact between the Department of Public Works (BMA), the company, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication.
  • - Project Supervision & Handover: Monitored project progress to meet strict deadlines and successfully delivered completed work phases (milestones) according to contract requirements.

Job Description

  • Construction Supervision & Monitoring
  • - Oversee and supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with structural and architectural drawings.
  • - Coordinate work sequences between different trades (Structure, Architecture, and MEP) to ensure smooth workflow and minimize delays.
  • Quality Control & Inspection (QC)
  • - Conduct inspections of reinforcement steel, formwork, and concrete pouring to ensure they meet engineering standards and project specifications.
  • - Verify material quality delivered to the site, ensuring all materials comply with the approved samples and contract requirements.
  • Surveying & Setting Out
  • - Perform site layout and leveling using surveying instruments (Total Station/Auto Level) to establish grid lines and benchmark elevations.
  • - Monitor verticality and alignment of structural elements, especially for high-rise building components.
  • Site Management & Problem Solving
