Job Description

  • Support user-reported issues related to hardware and software of the company. Oversee the CCTV system and LAN wiring as per the additional correction points. Maintain IT inventory for immediate availability. Prepare weekly meeting reports. Backup data on a weekly basis. Provide support for printers, mobile applications, computers, and laptops of the company to ensure they are operational. Manage the company website and troubleshoot software issues. Develop KPIs for PM and MA according to the established plan. Report IT department repair requests. Regularly check the internet and Wi-Fi systems to ensure they are operational. Coordinate with suppliers for the installation of the fiber system to enhance operational efficiency. Manage server backup during usage issues. Create email accounts for new users, including those with updated machines or new employees. Develop the company website using PHP, SQL, and HTML. Research and conduct training for users to enhance their IT knowledge and fulfill other assigned tasks.
