Job Description

  • Developed and researched frozen food products, specifically vegan savory items. Responsible for formulating recipes, testing raw materials, and generating new food ideas in line with current trends for export. Managed cost control and allocation of raw materials to optimize value, innovated menu items from by-products, and prepared relevant documentation related to sample development. Improved existing products for the domestic market.
