Job Description

  • Manage and promote employee well-being to foster engagement and a positive work experience.
  • Plan and organize internal activities such as monthly parties and various engagement initiatives.
  • Listen to employee concerns and suggestions to improve the work environment and enhance efficiency.
  • Plan and create internal communication content, including news, benefits, and announcements through social media channels.
  • Design and produce promotional materials to ensure employees are well-informed.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training, averaging four sessions per month.
  • Systematically maintain and manage training records for easy access and verification.
  • Process documentation with the Department of Skill Development, including training submissions and company information changes.
  • Support recruitment efforts from job posting, applicant screening, to interview coordination.
  • Oversee the internship recruitment process, from application acceptance, selection, to coordination until the start of work.
  • Input and verify payroll data, accurately calculating overtime for over 200 employees.
  • Prepare and manage employment contract documents, ensuring all information is complete.
  • Monitor and verify historical payroll data.
  • Organize and maintain employee personnel files in an orderly and accessible manner.
