Job Description

• Manage and oversee the operations of multiple branches within the area of responsibility to meet the company's sales, profit, and KPI targets - Analyze sales, market trends, and customer behavior to devise plans for increasing sales at each branch - Inspect store standards such as product arrangement, cleanliness, customer service, and store image - Manage inventory to ensure sufficiency, reduce waste, and control expired/lost goods (Shrinkage) - Plan and monitor promotional activities and marketing campaigns at each branch - Supervise and develop the team, including branch managers and front-line staff, to enhance efficiency - Schedule workforce appropriately according to customer volume and sales - Resolve in-store issues such as customer complaints, employee concerns, and operational problems - Coordinate with relevant departments such as purchasing, logistics, marketing, and HR - Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate performance and provide guidance - Control costs, including branch expenses, labor costs, and various losses - Report on operational performance, along with analysis and recommendations for improvement to management - Plan for the expansion of new branches or the enhancement of existing branches for greater efficiency.
