Job Description

  • - Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) to accurately assess the quantities and costs of materials for each project.
  • - Design and create cabinet layouts, including the internal routing plan, to ensure efficient installation.
  • - Develop BOM (Bill of Materials) detailing materials for procurement planning in each project.
  • - Issue PR (Purchase Requisition) based on the details in the BOM to enable the purchasing department to expedite the ordering process.
  • - Prepare materials ordered by the purchasing department to ensure that the installation team can utilize them immediately on-site and in the cabinet.

Job Description

  • During my internship at the Metropolitan Electricity Authority in the Training Division, I was assigned responsibilities to assist in managing the curriculum for engineering related to aerial and underground cabling. I designed a Google Sheets system for inventory management of equipment borrowing and returning, created Google Forms for equipment borrowing and returning, and developed Google Forms to confirm participant attendance in each engineering training course. Additionally, I conducted site visits to observe the operational areas related to aerial and underground cabling for certain courses.
