Job Description

  • 1. Business Planning and Development
  • 1.1. Develop the company's business plan, strategic plan, and operational plan.
  • 1.2. Analyze business and market data, including the operational status of the electricity business.
  • 1.3. Prepare and analyze short-term, medium-term, and long-term Financial Projections.
  • 1.4. Study the feasibility and suitability of various Solar Cell projects to develop the business.
  • 1.5. Plan, prepare, and control the budget for investments or joint ventures related to the projects.
  • 1.6. Monitor, analyze, and estimate investment returns in line with current circumstances.
  • 1.7. Compare and analyze the advantages/limitations, benefits, and various impacts that may arise from project implementation.
  • 1.8. Monitor, collect, update, and revise the project and company models, preparing performance analysis reports to assess impacts and propose solutions.
  • 1.9. Manage the analysis of financial models used for calculations in investment feasibility studies, control, and analyze alternative approaches (SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS) for assessing the suitability of market expansion investments and investments in related new businesses.
  • 1.10. Monitor project investment performance/progress and drive various projects to align with the goals of the work plan.
  • 2. Risk Management
  • 2.1. Develop, collect, and analyze the implementation of the Risk Management system.
  • 2.2. Monitor and control the risk management framework, supporting corporate governance and risk management.
  • 2.3. Control the risk system, oversee, and continuously report significant risks to management.
  • 3. Performance Management
  • 3.1. Develop a KPI performance management system and monitor and evaluate KPIs of all departments.
  • 3.2. Define tools, indicators, and standards for indicators to establish the organization's operational standards.
  • 3.3. Evaluate actual performance using data from various sources to present to management.
  • 4. Management and Internal Control Systems
  • 4.1. Develop, collect, analyze, amend, and improve internal management policies and guidelines to align with the policies, frameworks, and management practices of the GPSC group (Way of Conduct) and personal data protection laws (PDPA).
  • 4.2. Review and audit related work to ensure compliance with operational procedures, internal control processes, risk management, governance, as well as regulations, orders, standards, and laws, in accordance with the policies and plans set by the board of directors.
  • 4.3. Implement corrective actions/improvements to operational procedures/processes and compile data based on the auditor's recommendations, reporting results to management, the board of directors, and stakeholders for awareness.
  • 5. Accounting, Finance, and Budgeting
  • 5.1. Develop policy guidelines, establish criteria, orders, and standard operating manuals regarding finance, accounting, budgeting, and lending in accordance with the financial and accounting policies of the GPSC group for management consideration.
  • 5.2. Control and oversee operations to ensure compliance with financial, accounting, budgeting, and lending regulations of the organization.
  • 5.3. Analyze production costs to reflect manufacturing efficiency.
  • 5.4. Plan the budget, estimate operational expenses to prepare the operational budget.
  • 5.5. Prepare, collect, and verify the company's annual budget and review the mid-year budget for presentation to the board of directors for approval.
  • 5.6. Review and advise on the preparation of each department's annual budget, oversee and report quarterly and annual budget usage.
  • 5.7. Prepare monthly and annual cash flow forecasts and cash flow estimates for new project investments.
  • 5.8. Prepare supporting information for presentation to the board and shareholders for consideration of annual dividend payments.
  • 5.9. Prepare, evaluate, compare, and analyze performance results, forecast profits and losses (Rolling forecast), comparing target plans with actual performance by business, monthly, and quarterly for management presentation.
  • 5.10. Support accounting, finance, budget, and future financial performance estimates of the company (revenue, expenses) by project and business.
  • 5.11. Prepare and evaluate the allocation of the company's expenses to reflect the actual costs of each department, separated by business.
  • 6. ISO System Standards and Internal Audits
  • 6.1. ISO9001: Quality Management System (QMS) standard.
  • 6.2. ISO14001: Environmental Management System standard.
