Job Description

  • Manage customer credit limits for corporate loans while providing advice on the utilization of credit limits and interest rates received by customers. Provide vehicle registration pledge loans for entrepreneurs and land loans for individuals and corporations. Serve as a business loan advisor, calculating preliminary credit limits based on business types, financial statements, and customer turnover accounts, among others. Monitor and manage debtors to prevent bad debts and ensure that receivables are paid according to the designated schedule. Responsible for managing a sales team across four regions to achieve targets for vehicle registration pledge loans and personal and truck hire purchase loans, as well as land loans. Additionally, generate other income for the company, such as car insurance, credit limit protection insurance, and fees. Strategize team management and market targeting for customer segments defined by the company to meet established goals. Analyze credit risk for SMEs and hire purchase leasing. Research information to compare with customer businesses. Estimate the likelihood of customer loan repayment and the risk of non-performing loans (NPL). Review credit limits and present interest rates and terms to customers. Expand the SME customer market with vehicles as collateral and provide consulting services on business operation planning. Coordinate with customers, branches, and relevant departments for credit limit approvals and negotiate between customers and the approval department. Prepare information to present to major customers for credit limit approval from the loan approval committee.
