Job Description

  • I practise law at DTL Law Firm, where I handle large-scale and highly complex litigation matters that exceed the scope and level of difficulty of my prior experience. The firm’s structured and standardised working environment has strengthened my ability to manage cases systematically, prioritise issues efficiently, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary litigation teams on matters involving significant legal and commercial exposure. My responsibilities include drafting and reviewing statements of claim, petitions, applications, written submissions, and other key procedural documents in civil and criminal cases, including matters before specialised courts such as the Intellectual Property and International Trade Court. In addition, I act as a trial lawyer responsible for witness examination, including the preparation of witnesses and the rehearsal of examination and cross-examination, which constitute critical aspects of case strategy. I conduct in-depth legal research and comprehensive analysis of facts and evidence to support litigation strategy and procedural decision-making throughout the lifecycle of a case. I am also involved in advising corporate clients on regulatory compliance and contentious compliance-related matters, including legal risk assessment, internal compliance issues, and dispute prevention and resolution. Furthermore, I play a significant role in post-judgment proceedings, including asset investigation, enforcement of court judgments, and enforcement of arbitral awards, with proven experience in successfully enforcing judgments and arbitral awards, ensuring that judicial and arbitral decisions are effectively implemented in practice and that successful parties obtain actual recovery.

  • Practised as a litigation lawyer in a highly active boutique law firm, taking primary responsibility for matters from initiation through final resolution.
