Job Description

  • Strategic Planning: Plan and manage the scheduling of work for technicians for the installation of electrical appliances, renovation projects, and all home extension works within the branch. - Project Costing: Prepare accurate quotations and BOQs for electrical systems, air conditioning, sanitary ware, and bathroom equipment to control budgets for clients and the company. - Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that installations meet engineering standards and safety regulations. - Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary mediator in resolving complex complaint cases, negotiating to find mutually satisfactory solutions (Win-Win Solution). - Cross-functional Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate between sales, warehouse, and call center to reduce customer waiting times.
