Job Description

  • Reviewed designs, supervised on-site work, communicated with clients regarding home deliveries, processed contractor payment requests, managed structural design requests for information (RFI) and architectural design requests for approval (RFA). Inspected structural work and floor steel designs, proficient in using total stations and leveling instruments. Conducted quality checks on tiles and wall finishes, both painted and wallpapered. Verified the installation of water and electrical piping systems according to construction plans. Collaborated with procurement to plan and coordinate material deliveries to the site, and resolved on-site issues to facilitate installation.
