Job Description

  • รับผิดชอบงานผลิตในส่วน Packing และ Coating เป็นหลัก - ควบคุมและกํากับการปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องตามหลัก GMP PIC/s และ ISO9001/2015 - จัดทําเอกสารคุณภาพ เช่น SOP EOP BPR QP Protocol และเอกสารอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดทำ Protocol Report Process & Packaging Validation - วางแผนการทํางานและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ตรวจสอบการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเริ่มดําเนินการผลิต ทั้ง RM PM และเอกสารการผลิต - วิเคราะห์ ตรวจสอบ ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการ - ลดการสูญเสียในกระบวนการผลิตตามหลัก OEE - ปรับปรุงกระบวนการและเครื่องจักร ตามหลัก 7 Wastes & LEAN - ทําเวลามาตรฐาน (Standard Time) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต - จัดทําสื่อ และจัดอบรมความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิต ให้พนักงานในแผนกและนอกแผนก - คํานวณปริมาณการใช้วัสดุบรรจุ รวมถึงการเบิกและคืนผ่านระบบ ERP - สรุปผลการทํางาน KPI และรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
