Job Description

  • Manage pork processing operations (65 Ton/day capacity) including trimming, special cuts, grinding, portion cutting, and slicing. - Lead and supervise 170 production staff to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant operations. - Control product quality, specifications, and food safety standards across all production processes. - Monitor and control loss, yield, and meat usage to reduce waste and improve efficiency. - Ensure machine, equipment, and raw material readiness prior to production. - Handle on-site production issues when products do not meet specifications and implement corrective actions. - Prepare daily and monthly production reports for management review. - Develop and update SOPs / WIs and conduct training for production staff. - Coordinate with QA, QC, Planning, Maintenance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations. - Manage production manpower and ensure workplace safety, discipline, and compliance.
