Job Description

  • 1.Recruitment & Onboarding: Managed end-to-end recruitment workflows, screening candidates and coordinating high-volume interviews (5-10 daily) to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • 2.Internal Communication: Designed engaging internal PR materials to promote corporate events and HR announcements (e.g., Town Halls, birthdays), driving organization-wide participation.
  • 3.HR Documentation: Administered confidential employee records with high accuracy, managing the full documentation lifecycle from contract signing to formal filing.
  • 4.Social Security Administration: Streamlined Social Security registrations, ensuring 100% legal compliance and completion within 3 days of new hires start dates.
  • 5.Onboarding & Pre-employment Preparation: Directed full-cycle onboarding preparations, including organizing essential materials and activating profiles in the Eagle Personnel system prior to start dates.
  • 6.Time & Attendance Management: Monitored attendance for 400+ employees and 40 interns across departments, ensuring highly accurate records to support efficient payroll operations.
