Job Description

  • Support helpdesk SAP Module MM PM PU SA MI PP FI. - Customize and edit Report. - Check Interface Gateway Client preliminary. - Create manual for users. - RPA Robotic Process Automation in Retrieve information from SAP send to user and use transaction post in sap. - Manage Man-day package support helpdesk not more than 50 Man-day / Year. - Support user on time (KPI). - Communicate with users to achieve mutual understanding and create a user manual. - Reduce user work time by using Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
