Job Description

  • - Over 5 years of experience in the kitchen sector, starting as a Kitchen Hand and continuously developing skills to perform various roles within the restaurant.
  • - Strong foundation in ingredient preparation, kitchen equipment management, and stock maintenance, with experience in the Grill Station, capable of efficiently preparing grilled dishes such as roti, satay chicken, grilled chicken, and grilled pork.
  • - Had the opportunity to take full responsibility for the Wok Station, primarily focusing on stir-frying for 3 consecutive years, demonstrating proficiency in preparing hot dishes, working quickly while maintaining food quality under pressure.
  • - Additionally, experienced in the Front of House, able to take orders, serve food, and attend to customers, providing a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations.
  • - A highly flexible employee, capable of working in multiple positions (All-rounder), quick to learn, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
