Job Description

Monitor driver risk behaviors through the GPS system and provide immediate alerts upon detection of anomalies - Communicate with drivers to offer guidance and prevent risky behaviors, such as using a mobile phone while driving - Prepare incident reports and forward them to supervisors for control and preventive measures - Track repetitive driving behaviors to assess improvements and reduce risks - Summarize and analyze behavior data to enhance safety standards.

- Plan and schedule transportation by considering the availability of vehicles, personnel, and customer conditions to ensure deliveries are made according to ETA and to minimize operational delays.
