You establish standardized sales processes that empower the entire team to perform consistently across 30+ projects. - Mentorship & Retention: Acting as a high-level coach to cultivate talent, boost team morale in fluctuating markets, and reduce turnover by creating a clear path for staff growth and success. - Strategic Vision & Integration - Market Agility: Leveraging decades of insight to read the Real Estate Cycle. This means knowing when to pivot strategies between high-rise and landed properties based on shifting consumer demands and economic trends. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Serving as the vital link between construction, marketing, and financial institutions (banks) to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure a seamless journey from the first site visit to the final handover. - With extensive experience in the real estate industry, I have a proven track record of managing over 30 diverse projects, ranging from high-rise condominiums to luxury landed properties.
