Job Description

  • - Responding to customer inquiries and managing room reservations
  • - Handling check-ins and check-outs
  • - Utilizing the Zonasis program for room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
  • - Welcoming both Thai and international group customers
  • - Serving as a liaison with foreign clients
  • - Traveling to various provinces to acquire clients by engaging with different offices and communicating with customers participating in the Chang program of the Somboon Legacy Foundation, primarily consisting of international clients
  • - On the 1st and 15th of every month, conducting briefings to provide information and guidelines to new volunteers
