Job Description

  • 1. Coordinate with maintenance technicians and users regarding maintenance work.
  • 2. Prepare monthly KPIs.
  • 3. Request quotations, prepare procurement proposal documents, liaise with the purchasing department and executive office, draft executive memos, and maintain repair history records.
  • 4. Input material requisitions, medical gas, and near-expiry equipment to mitigate impacts, and manage stock levels and inventory.

  • 6. Compile and submit annual environmental documents twice a year to government agencies.
  • 7. Submit daily maintenance technician reports and document summaries.

Job Description

  • 1. Coordinate with suppliers to request quotations and present price comparisons.
  • 2. Open purchase orders, present for signature, and email suppliers to coordinate product deliveries according to lead time, including the monthly opening of purchase orders for regularly ordered items to ensure stock availability in collaboration with warehouse staff.
  • 3. Coordinate with suppliers and accounting staff regarding monthly billing and check receipt both within and outside the organization.
  • 4. Prepare monthly KPIs for the department.
  • 5. Coordinate other related tasks such as claims processing and daily support to prevent issues for other departments.
