Job Description

  • 1. Debt Collection
  • • Conduct field visits to meet with overdue customers
  • • Inform customers of their outstanding balances and negotiate payment
  • • Plan collection strategies to achieve targets
  • 2. Negotiation and Debt Settlement
  • • Discuss solutions such as restructuring payment plans or debt restructuring
  • • Mitigate non-performing loan (NPL) risks
  • 3. Customer Information Verification
  • • Conduct field checks on addresses, occupations, and actual living conditions
  • • Assess the ability to repay debts
  • 4. Building Customer Relationships
  • • Provide advice on debt repayment
  • • Maintain relationships to encourage ongoing payments from customers
