Job Description

  • 1. Reconciled the General Ledger (GL) with the Trial Balance (TB) for the revenue and cost of goods sold accounts for various client business sectors, including companies in the manufacturing industry as well as private and state enterprise provident funds.
  • 2. Conducted detailed audits of payment documentation.
  • 3. Reviewed the revenue recognition processes across various business sectors, including reconciling accounting entries with daily sales summary reports (Longbill) for the hotel and service industry, and verifying the accuracy of Cash on Delivery (COD) payment documentation for the logistics sector.
  • 4. Examined the content of the employee provident fund accounts over a three-month period by reviewing the accuracy of individual accumulated balances, refund amounts upon resignation, and approved changes to investment plans.
  • 5. Performed inventory and petty cash counts for clients in the manufacturing and petrochemical industries.
