Job Description

Job Description

  • - Manage compensation and benefits tasks
  • - Accurately and timely calculate employee salaries on a daily/monthly basis
  • - Verify data, including attendance, absences, tardiness, overtime, and benefits
  • - Prepare payroll slips and monthly wage summary reports
  • - Handle matters related to social security, tax forms (P.N.D. 1, P.N.D. 91), and the Department of Legal Execution
  • - Submit various annual reports (P.N.D. 1 Kor, K.T. 26, K.T. 20)
  • - Manage group accident insurance, provident fund, and loan benefits with bank MOU
  • - Maintain and update employee information in the HR/Payroll system
