Job Description

  • Provide information regarding policy benefits, claim status, coverage conditions, and related documents to clients, agents, and healthcare facilities accurately and promptly. - Verify policy details, coverage rights, and claim information in the system to ensure that the communicated information is accurate and complete. - Coordinate with Claims Assessors and relevant departments to follow up on ongoing cases and resolve various issues. - Clearly and professionally explain the results of claim assessments, benefit calculations, co-payment/deductible conditions, and policy exemptions. - Record customer contact information and maintain documentation in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. - Address complaints and manage escalation cases related to claims work, focusing on service delivery and problem resolution.
