Job Description

  • Responsible for managing design work, drafting, and calculating the total construction budget by planning and controlling engineering/architecture tasks to ensure compliance with academic principles and budget constraints, including verifying the quantity take-offs.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Drafting: Conceptualize and detail building designs.
  • Cost Estimation: Calculate total construction costs, including material costs, labor costs, and direct/indirect expenses.
  • Project Control: Oversee the accuracy of designs to meet operational standards.
  • Coordination: Manage design work in collaboration with engineers from various disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical).
