• Completed an internship in nutrition services with a total of 499 hours. Possess kitchen work skills acquired through an internship at Chulalongkorn Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society, which is certified by Advanced HA, GMP, GHPs, and HACCP standards. Engaged in various kitchen tasks, including receiving raw materials, preparing ingredients, organizing patient meal trays, checking meal trays on food delivery carts, and overseeing administrative systems such as verifying food orders from the hospital's system, printing meal cards, and reviewing documentation for CCP checkpoints, as well as testing for chemical contaminants in containers. Demonstrated responsibility, teamwork, adaptability with interdisciplinary professionals, and systematic work practices. Strong communication skills and time management abilities.

Job Description

• Completed an internship in clinical nutrition totaling 472 hours, with a comprehensive understanding of providing nutritional therapy for patients across all diseases and aspects. This includes calculating energy and nutrient requirements based on energy needs and protein requirements for patients on a standard hospital diet, patients receiving enteral nutrition, and patients receiving parenteral nutrition. Capable of providing nutritional counseling to patients across all disease groups.
