Job Description

  • Record income and expenses into the accounting system.
  • • Verify the accuracy of all financial and accounting documents.
  • • Maintain and organize payment vouchers and supporting documents.
  • • Prepare financial documents, including invoices, billing statements, receipts, and tax invoices.
  • • Manage and track accounts receivable (AR) records and aging reports.
  • • Follow up and monitor customer payments to ensure timely collections.
  • • Prepare monthly sales reports for management review.
  • • Perform month-end adjustments, including accrued and prepaid expenses.
  • • Prepare and file withholding tax returns (P.N.D. 3, 53).
  • • Prepare and file Value Added Tax (VAT) returns (P.P. 30).
  • • Perform bank reconciliations (Statement reconciliation).
  • • Maintain and update fixed asset registers and relevant data.
  • • Coordinate with internal departments on accounting and financial matters.
  • • Support and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
