Job Description :
Responsible for administrative and documentation tasks related to providing information and processing visa matters for foreigners, including visa extension, visa type conversion, and 90-day reporting. Provided accurate guidance on procedures, timelines, and requirements for various visa types, as well as distributing relevant application forms to facilitate services for applicants.
In the document control section, handled file routing, document scanning, and internal/external email distribution. Managed document registration in the official records system, issued official document numbers, and reviewed draft letters to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Responsible for preparing and updating Royal Thai Police personnel record files (KP.7), ensuring all information is current and accurate. Compiled appointment and salary increment orders for inclusion in personnel records and continuously updated personnel data. In addition, prepared official transfer letters for police officers and maintained personnel directories using Excel for efficient data management within the organization.
