Job Description

  • During my internship at the hospital, I was responsible for On-site Service, conducting checks and resolving IT issues for staff in various wards promptly to ensure uninterrupted patient care. I possess skills in systems management gained from installing Windows and specialized software, while also meticulously overseeing user data backups. Additionally, I supported Infrastructure tasks, including the installation and testing of network systems, terminating LAN cables, and expanding Wi-Fi connectivity to cover service areas. This experience has equipped me to work comprehensively and I am eager to learn and contribute fully to the IT team.
