Job Description

  • - Review Shop Drawings to ensure they are appropriate and consistent with the actual site conditions.
  • - Process Purchase Order (PO) and Payment Request (PE) documentation.
  • - Extract and calculate work quantities from construction drawings using AutoCAD and Excel.
  • - Prepare daily reports and weekly reports.
  • - Compile Daily Cash (DC) listings for daily labor costs and site expenses.
  • - Inspect structural work (columns and floors) on-site to ensure compliance with construction drawings.
  • - Coordinate between contractors, field engineers, and office engineers.
