Job Description

  • Welcome and greet guests with courtesy, providing assistance to both guests and visitors in a polite, cheerful, and professional manner.
  • Provide information and recommendations regarding the facilities of the establishment (such as breakfast hours, swimming pool) as well as travel information or nearby attractions.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by listening to their needs, addressing complaints, and promptly resolving immediate issues for customers.
  • Conduct check-in procedures by verifying reservation details, confirming guest identity, preparing keys/key cards, and explaining room details.
  • Facilitate check-out procedures by inspecting the minibar or any damages (coordinating with housekeeping), summarizing charges, informing guests of the total amount, and managing the refund of deposits.
